We were all very satisfied and we liked it very much.

Super delicious food friendly service only to be recommended

On July 18, 20, my wife and I stopped for a bike tour in Dirlewang at the "Gasthaus im Schatten", for lunch. At 12.50 p.m. we placed our meal order and honestly, only after 90 minutes of waiting and our friendly request did we finally get our two plates. Unfortunately, the ordered vegetable pan was inedible (unsightly lame vegetables floating in a lot of hot oil) and also the so-called master brewer's plate (stubborn pork neck steak) left us both badly until we both vomited everything again. We strongly advise against visiting this inn! We will keep this bad food and the eternal waiting time for the unsavory food negatively remembered for a very long time! The one-star rating is actually too much of a good thing!

Also we have been treated there under all cannon! If it had not been a small family party: we would have left immediately. NOT recommendable, I can eat well elsewhere, especially for the (rel. Many) money!

Very, very good kitchen. Not just for the palate, but also for the eyes. Excellent service ... friendly, nice attentive. For that, my family and I like to take a longer journey. We always like to come back.

The food is really delicious. Can you say nothing, but the handling of the guests is not appropriate. Last time I would have liked to have onion roast cheese spaetzle instead of sparrows. I would only have that if a second person takes cheese spaetzle. Funny, but I could have ordered a single serving of cheese spaetzle. As an extra court, according to the map. I've never experienced anything like that in a restaurant! If someone wants to eat with his dog here, he can forget it. Card games are also prohibited. It's a pity, you could really make a lot out of it. The food fits, but the rest absolutely not.
